Model to Follow

    Today I am going to talk about Adriana Hoffmann. Well to start, let me tell you some about who is she. Adriana Hoffmann Jacoby is a Chilean specialist biologist and botanist . She was born in 1940 in Santiago of Chile. She is a very important person for the environmental world, recognized around the world like an Ambiental leader. Adriana also is very recognized for his botanic books and important investigations.

    After that little introduction, I will tell you why I chose to talk about her. Well since I was a child, I always was in contact with nature and plants, I fascinated by the possibilities that offer us to heal, and when I grew up I realized that chemistry was very associated with this  "healer power" and this is a reason why I am here, in this career. 

     Some years ago I met the work of Adriana, and I fall in love with one of her books: "Medicinal plants of common use in Chile", on this book she talks about different plants from our country that she has studied, and describe his characteristics in a chemical way and his potential in the medical industry to help people (the thing that passionate me) ❤

Hobby Time

    

    Hi, today I'm going to talking about my favorite hobby: cook.  Well, I was born in a very good cook family. I remember that my great-grandmother and grandmother always cooked all day to surprise and share his delicious home-cooked meal with all family. When they were cooking, I always watched and tried to replicate all those moves in my "mini-kitchen". They gave me advice and incentivized me to keep going learn about the cuisine. 

    Nowadays I still cook, usually, I prepare sweet things but in a healthy way, to care for my family's health and obviously mine too. The healthy baking it's a relatively new proposal, this new cook way invite us to use more natural and healthy food that contribute to organism on a good way without punishing you on the process. 

    

    Another thing that I love when I cook is the possibility to improvise at the moment, like using another ingredient that is not in the recipe, fix some measurement error in the ingredients, etc. and the possibility to create your own new recipes with exotic flavors and let taste to the family your creation. 馃構馃嵈
